起重吊装时钢丝绳编结过长会造成哪些隐患?

工程建设项目中有诸多的设备、容器、钢结构、管道、模块等,其安装拆除等作业在很多情况下需要借助机械工具,其中的起重吊装工具是比较常用的设备,它在提升施工效率、降低施工成本、降低作业风险等方面起着非常重要的作用。

有时在现场检查钢丝绳吊装的时候,发现一个很明显的隐患,就是钢丝绳编结长度竟然只有5-10公分,而且是用在吊装装配式的构件上,先不说安全员工作中怎么没发现这个原因,材料的进场验收,看来工地上新来的收料员。

Sometimes, when inspecting the hoisting of steel wire rope on site, an obvious hidden danger is found, that is, the braided length of steel wire rope is only 5-10 cm, and it is used for hoisting assembled components. 编结法是最常用的一种钢丝绳端部连接方法,无锡吊装搬运,这种方法利用心形套环先将钢丝绳末端折返回来,再将端部各股分别编结于钢丝绳各股中,每股穿插编结4~5次,最后用细钢丝扎紧。

Braiding method is the most commonly used end connection method of steel wire rope. It is lifted and transported in Wuxi. This method uses a heart-shaped collar to turn back the end of the steel wire rope first, then braid each strand at the end in each strand of the steel wire rope respectively, braid each strand for 4 ~ 5 times, and finally tie it tightly with thin steel wire.

当采用编结固接时,编结长度不得小于钢丝绳直径的20倍,并不应小于300mm。插接绳股应该拉紧,凸出部分应该光滑平整,且应在插编末尾留出适当长度,用金属丝扎牢。用其他方法插接的,应保证其插接连接强度不小于该绳最小破断拉力的75%。
